This website is inspired by the teachings of Guidance, facilitated by Catherine Marie Heath, and held in the highest loving context for all living beings.

This site offers information about Guidance and about the facilitator Catherine Heath. We will also continually offer updated teachings from Guidance and opportunities to engage with their teachings in support of a higher inner awareness.

Within every human being there is a spark of the Divine Spirit - the Universal force of Wisdom, Compassion, Understanding and Truth. Each of us has access to this part of our own selves at every instant, every place and every situation. Depending upon one’s karma and belief systems though, one often finds difficulty experiencing this same Wisdom, Compassion, Understanding and Truth.

These teachings from Guidance support one in realizing one’s Self at this deeper level (and/or fine tuning the levels of Wisdom, Compassion, Understanding and Truth one has already realized), by taking one into a further experience of one’s higher potentiality. Ultimately we learn the greatest lesson of all - to recognize this potentiality within ourselves and all around us.

Throughout the ages, it has been known that there are those who are not in physical form, that have come to support a higher level of consciousness in humanity. They, like "Guidance" are a part of that energy which is found in all things and separate from none. As they have historically come to support Wisdom, Compassion, Understanding and Truth, so too does Guidance, speaking through Catherine. There are other opportunities to access such Wisdom and Truth - this is just one of them.
